Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. - Cancellations within this window are free of charge. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment (non-emergency) will require a $25 cancellation fee due before booking your next session. After-Hours Appointments: Appointments scheduled outside normal business hours (weeknights, weekends, or closed days) will be subject to an additional $99 per hour fee. An invoice will be sent upon request. The appointment is confirmed only after full payment is received. Grace Periods & Late Arrivals : - Appointments Under 30 minutes: 5-minute grace period. - Appointments 30+ minutes: 10-minute grace period. If you miss the grace period, the appointment will automatically need to be rescheduled. Emergencies will always be considered. No-Show Policy: For all paid appointments: Failure to cancel or attend without prior notice will result in a $50 inconvenience fee, plus full prepayment of your next session, before being permitted to meet with our team.
