Service Description
In the first session, we will conduct a comprehensive brand audit to identify the current roadblocks that are hindering your brand's growth and profitability. This deep dive involves examining your brand’s current positioning, messaging, audience engagement, and overall strategy. We will assess your brand’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, providing you with a clear diagnosis of what’s working and what needs improvement. By the end of this session, you will have a detailed understanding of the specific areas that require attention, setting the foundation for strategic action steps to align your brand with your profit goals.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. - Cancellations within this window are free of charge. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment (non-emergency) will require a $25 cancellation fee due before booking your next session. After-Hours Appointments: Appointments scheduled outside normal business hours (weeknights, weekends, or closed days) will be subject to an additional $99 per hour fee. An invoice will be sent upon request. The appointment is confirmed only after full payment is received. Grace Periods & Late Arrivals : - Appointments Under 30 minutes: 5-minute grace period. - Appointments 30+ minutes: 10-minute grace period. If you miss the grace period, the appointment will automatically need to be rescheduled. Emergencies will always be considered. No-Show Policy: For all paid appointments: Failure to cancel or attend without prior notice will result in a $50 inconvenience fee, plus full prepayment of your next session, before being permitted to meet with our team.
