Our Experience

We are intentional about creating a professional customer service experience for all of our clients! Customer service is an essential part of our company culture. So, we like to let our clients know exactly what to expect in each stage of their project.

Phase 1

Concept Design

In this phase, we will conduct a call to get on the same page about your project. Once this information is collected, you will receive an estimated date of draft completion or a shoot date. 

Phase 2

Revisions

Once your draft(s) are complete, we will enter the revision stage where you will have an opportunity to make any desired cosmetic changes to your design. These will be submitted via our electronic revision form.

Phase 3

Deliverables

Once the changes are made, your updated design will be sent for final approval. All final steps will be taken care of before the final delivery of your design(s). Finally, you will receive all deliverables.
