REFERRAL PARTNER
AGREEMENT

This Referral Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Brand Architect Firm LLC (“The Company”) and the approved Referral Partner (“Partner”).

1. Purpose

​

This Agreement outlines the terms under which the Partner may refer new clients to The Company and receive a referral bonus.

​

2. Qualifying Referrals

​

A referral is considered successful when:

1. The referred client books and pays in full for a qualifying service, and

2. Their project, membership, or program is officially completed (typically within 30 business days).

 

3. Qualifying Services

​

Referral bonuses apply only to the following services/packages:

• Legacy Tribe Annual Membership

• Brand Evolution Coaching Program

• Brand Design Packages

• Website & Landing Page Packages

• Brand Shoot Packages

 

4. Referral Bonus

​

• The Partner will receive 10% of the total project/package price (after taxes/fees) for each successful referral.

• Referral bonuses will be paid within 30 days of the project start date and cleared client payment.

• Bonuses will not be paid on:

  • Leads that do not close.

  • Canceled or refunded projects.

  • Duplicate referrals (only one bonus will be paid per client for the initial referral service, as determined by The Company).

• The Company reserves the right to refuse any referral at its discretion.

 

5. Term & Termination

• This Agreement begins on the date of application approval and remains in effect until terminated by either party.

• Either party may terminate at any time with written notice.

• Any referrals made before termination will still be honored in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

 

6. Confidentiality

​

The Partner agrees not to disclose or misuse any confidential information about The Company or its clients.

 

7. Independent Status

​

The Partner is an independent referrer and not an employee, agent, or representative of The Company. The Partner has no authority to make commitments on behalf of The Company.

 

8. Entire Agreement

​

This Agreement represents the full understanding between The Company and the Partner. No other agreements, written or oral, are binding unless signed by both parties.

By submitting the Referral Partner Application, the Partner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
